AKUBEN, whose name combines “Aku,” a reference to the world of acoustics, and “Ben,” an abbreviation of Benetti, is a new collection that reinterprets the use of slatted wood panels, enhanced by the addition of Moss, one of Benetti’s iconic products. In particular, the company is launching the Akuben Dekor line, reaffirming its design vision focused on the integration of technical performance and contemporary aesthetics through a range of acoustic panels created for high-end contract and residential environments.
The collection is being showcased through two different applications within the congress, highlighting its design versatility.
The first installation is located in the area dedicated to the photo set, where the backdrop wall stands out thanks to the use of oak wood slats mounted on a sound-absorbing felt backing. The design is enhanced with elegant gold inserts and a black marble-effect laminate, adding a refined sense of material richness. The installation is completed with Benetti MOSS in the Grass shade, a natural stabilized green element that requires no maintenance and brings depth, character, and visual continuity to the space. The surfaces thus become decorative features capable of combining aesthetics with sophisticated material appeal. The 60 × 60 cm panels are assembled to create a wall measuring 400 × 300 cm.
