Benetti Moss at Salone del Mobile 2022

24/06/2022

BENETTI HOME, a leading Italian company in the world of vertical gardens and indoor green settings, will be present in the SHA-DOW | DREAMLUX booth in Hall 1- E 01 of Salone del Mobile.Milano, with its BENETTI MOSS product.

Benetti Home Installation, The Vertical Garden

In this context, BENETTI HOME has created a wall measuring 2.40 x 3 meters in the color grass, included in a special and unusual installation conceived by architect-designer Alessia Galimberti in collaboration with fashion designer Chiara Boni. For the Salone del Mobile edition 2022, DREAMLUX - a fiber optic fabric company - presents the project TO BE OR NOT TO BE WITH BEE, which refers to the GREEN INSIDE theme, the company's new concept design.

Guidelines of the project are eco-sustainability and nature, also read through the theme of the fundamental role of bees for the environment. Nature becomes the protagonist; it is the new luxury of an Interior Design that aims to generate well-being and eco-awareness through the use of sustainable materials and alternative creativity under the banner of nature's values.

The Green Wall and it's beneficial effects

BENETTIMOSS fits right into this project, with a wall made of 100% natural and stabilized lichen, cladonia stellaris, a moss collected in the forests of Northern Europe. A product with unique characteristics that requires no management in terms of light and water, is stable and long-lasting, does not attract dust, is fire retardant and zero maintenance of indoor greenery.

For the DREAMLUX project, the MOSS wall is transformed into a striking lichen-grass wall, which accommodates - in an extraordinary interplay of fiber-optic textiles and lighting effects - the flight of a bee, a powerful message of protection and defense of nature and the future of our planet.

The scenic presence of greenery in interiors is a philosophy that goes in search of the undoubted positive effects of relaxation and well-being that the presence of the 'green' element generates in every context: in the home, in the office, in commercial spaces, in catering and hospitality, in conference settings or in the booths of a prestigious fair, as in the case of DREAMLUX at the Salone del Mobile.
