Benetti brings Moss to the new MODE Hotel in Rimini

Benetti, a company specializing in indoor vertical gardens, is expanding its portfolio of collaborations in the hospitality sector by contributing as a product partner to the new MODE Hotel in Rimini, an accommodation facility designed according to sustainable principles, a project by Mauro Santinato, President of Teamwork Hospitality.

Inaugurated on Monday, October 6, 2025, MODE Hotel is based on a sustainable development model that ensures the needs of the present generation are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own. The project involved 13 of the most important and renowned architecture studios in the hospitality sector. The MODE Hotel is conceived as a permanent showroom that breaks away from traditional hotel concepts, embracing a “doing things differently” philosophy.

Within this ambitious project, Benetti was selected to supply its iconic MOSS panels, a 100% natural, stabilized, zero-maintenance lichen. The material, easy to install and manage, has been used to enhance the hotel’s common areas, contributing to the property’s unique identity.

In particular, Benetti is featured in the hotel’s ground-floor co-working area, part of the project GEA – Nel mondo delle meraviglie, designed by HUB48. In this dynamic and shared space, circular MOSS panels in various shades have been installed on the ceiling, creating a sustainable, welcoming, and stimulating work environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.
